Set up and managed a “Net Promoter Score” campaign for EyePromise and Created 5 campaigns to gauge customer satisfaction with the brand for various milestones. Part of my role was to import the current database and tag contacts based on specific properties. As well as, making sure new contacts that get created are imported over and properly tagged so they may be enrolled into the proper NPS campaign. The next phase of this project was to get the NPS data to sync back over to the client’s database so that each contact holds the score and text response that each contact scored the company. This allows sales reps to see how the customer scored the company to help with any support issues. There are currently almost 8,000 contacts that have been enrolled in these NPS campaigns and merged back into the client’s database.
